Payment Information: When purchasing with debit card via MoonPay, payment processing data is handled by MoonPay (we do not store credit card information).
Local Storage: Preferences, watchlists, and session data stored locally in your browser.

4. Proxy Wallet System
POLYOM uses a proxy wallet system for trading efficiency:
A separate trading wallet is created for each connected main wallet (Solana, Ethereum, or Polygon)
Private keys for proxy wallets are stored on our server to enable automated trading
You can deposit funds via crypto transfer, token conversion (Glide), or card purchase (MoonPay)
You can export your proxy wallet private key at any time
You can withdraw funds from your proxy wallet to your main wallet at any time
5. Data Storage and Security
User preferences and watchlists are stored in your browser's localStorage
Proxy wallet data is stored securely on our servers
Payment information for card purchases is processed and stored by MoonPay, not by POLYOM
We do not share your trading data with third parties (except as required for service functionality)
All communications with Polymarket APIs, Glide, and MoonPay are encrypted via HTTPS
6. Third-Party Services
POLYOM integrates with:
Polymarket: For market data and trade execution
Polygon Network: For blockchain transactions
Solana Network: For Solana wallet support and transactions
Glide (paywithglide.xyz): For token conversions and deposits
MoonPay: For debit card purchases (integrated via Glide)
Reown (WalletConnect): For wallet connections
These services have their own privacy policies that govern their data handling. Payment data for card purchases is processed directly by MoonPay and not stored by POLYOM.

Portability: Export your proxy wallet private key at any time
Withdrawal: Withdraw all funds from your proxy wallet without restrictions
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data (after funds are withdrawn)

Transparency: Receive clear information about how your data is used
Opt-out: Disconnect your wallet and stop using the service at any time
Data exports will be provided in a readable format
Deletion requests will be processed within 7 days after fund withdrawal
8. Data Retention
We retain proxy wallet data as long as the wallet contains funds or has been active. Inactive proxy wallets with zero balance may be removed after extended periods of inactivity.
9. Security Commitment
We take the security of your funds and data seriously:
Proxy wallet keys are encrypted at rest and in transit
We maintain backups to prevent data loss
Regular security monitoring and incident response procedures
In case of security breach affecting your funds, we take full responsibility and will work to compensate losses
