1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using POLYOM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
POLYOM is a trading interface that provides access to Polymarket's prediction markets. The Service allows users to:
Execute trades on Polymarket through proxy wallets
Deposit USDC by converting any token or purchasing with debit card (via Glide SDK and MoonPay)
Monitor positions and trading history
3. Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to use the Service:
Be at least 18 years of age (we do not knowingly provide services to minors)
Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where prediction market trading is prohibited
Not be a resident of the United States or any OFAC-sanctioned country
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Age Restriction: If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend their account and work with them to safely withdraw their funds.
4. Proxy Wallet System
POLYOM uses a proxy wallet system for trading:
A unique proxy wallet is created for each connected main wallet (Solana, Ethereum, or Polygon)
You can deposit USDC via crypto transfer, token conversion (Glide), or card purchase (MoonPay)
The proxy wallet private key is stored on our servers to enable automated trading
You can export your private key or withdraw funds at any time
You are responsible for the security of your main wallet and any connected accounts
3a. User Rights
You always maintain the following rights:
Export your proxy wallet private key at any time, no questions asked
Withdraw all your funds to your main wallet without restrictions
Request deletion of your account data (after funds are withdrawn)
Access full transaction history and audit trails
Disconnect from the Service at any time
Request information about how your data is being used
4a. Transparency and Auditability
We believe in full transparency:
All on-chain transactions are publicly verifiable on the Polygon blockchain
You can verify your proxy wallet holdings at any time
We provide detailed transaction history for all operations
No hidden fees - all costs are clearly disclosed upfront
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
Provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws
Maintain the security of your wallet and credentials
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
Not use bots or automated systems to gain unfair advantage
Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions
6. Risks and Disclaimers
You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
Market Risk: Prediction markets are volatile. You may lose your entire investment.
Smart Contract Risk: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart contract bugs may result in loss of funds.
Regulatory Risk: Prediction markets may be subject to changing regulations.
Technical Risk: System failures, network issues, or security breaches may occur.
Liquidity Risk: You may not always be able to execute trades at desired prices.
Third-Party Service Risk: Token conversion (Glide) and payment services (MoonPay) are provided by third parties with their own terms and risks.
Custodial Risk: Proxy wallet keys stored on our servers may be vulnerable to security incidents.
7. No Financial Advice
The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you. Market information displayed is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to trade.
8. Fees
POLYOM does not charge additional fees for using the Service. However, you are responsible for:
Polymarket trading fees
Polygon network gas fees
Token conversion fees (when using Glide)
MoonPay fees (when purchasing with debit card)
Any fees charged by your wallet provider or payment processor
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain maximum Service availability:
Target uptime of 99.5% or higher
Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible
Emergency maintenance may occur with minimal notice for security reasons
We may temporarily suspend access for security or legal reasons
Critical features (withdrawals) will remain available even during maintenance
9a. Service Updates and Changes
We continuously improve our platform:
New features and improvements are regularly deployed
Breaking changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice
Your funds will never be affected by platform updates
You can always withdraw or export your proxy wallet during transitions
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by POLYOM. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
11. Our Liability and Responsibilities
Our Commitment: Unlike most platforms, we don't hide behind blanket liability disclaimers. If we make a mistake that causes you to lose funds, we take full responsibility.
POLYOM takes full responsibility for the security and integrity of our platform:
Our Fault: We are fully liable for any loss of funds resulting from bugs, security breaches, or errors in our code or infrastructure.
Compensation: In the event of a security incident or system failure caused by us, we will work to compensate affected users for their actual losses.
Security Obligations: We commit to maintaining industry-standard security practices for storing proxy wallet keys and handling user funds.
Incident Response: We will promptly notify users of any security incidents affecting their funds and provide transparent updates.
Transparency: All security incidents will be publicly disclosed with full details of what happened and how we're addressing it.
12. Limitations and Exclusions
We are NOT liable for losses resulting from:
Your own trading decisions and market losses
Loss of your main wallet private keys or credentials
Failures or issues with third-party services (Polymarket, Glide, MoonPay, blockchain networks)
Smart contract bugs in Polymarket's contracts (not operated by us)
Market manipulation or fraud by other users
Phishing attacks or social engineering targeting you directly
Unauthorized access to your account due to your own security negligence
13. Security Measures
We implement the following security practices:
Encrypted storage of proxy wallet private keys using industry-standard encryption
Regular security audits and penetration testing
Rate limiting and anti-bot protection
Secure HTTPS connections for all communications
Automatic monitoring for suspicious activity and unauthorized access
Multi-layer authentication for administrative access
Regular backups of all critical data
DDoS protection and infrastructure redundancy
13a. Fund Protection
Your funds are important to us:
We maintain reserves to cover potential losses from our errors
Regular solvency checks ensure we can cover user balances
Emergency response fund for immediate compensation in case of incidents
You can always export your proxy wallet private key and take full custody
All funds are held on-chain and verifiable via blockchain explorers
13b. Verify Your Funds
You can independently verify the safety of your funds:
Your proxy wallet address is displayed in the interface
If our error is confirmed, we will work with you on fair compensation
15. User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify POLYOM from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, illegal use of the Service, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
16. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours
